Eliza Jamrozik has been working at Skanska for 10 years, where she currently holds the position of Leasing & Asset Manager. She specializes in leasing office spaces and collaborates daily with international companies, helping them choose modern office environments. She has participated in key projects such as High5ive in Kraków and Wave in Gdańsk, negotiating lease terms for companies like Accenture, ABB, ISS, and Leo Pharma. Eliza has extensive experience in asset management and lease negotiations, combining technical and business aspects. She is actively involved in numerous company initiatives at the intersection of business and ESG.
