The presentation will feature a physical model of an existing office building, showcasing the potential transformation of its vertical transportation through the implementation of the Schindler MetaCore solution. This innovative system enables a diverse range of functions within the building to be efficiently served by a single group of elevators. The model will demonstrate the tangible outcomes of this transformation, highlighting the building as a dynamic, multi-functional entity that can be easily adapted without incurring substantial elevator-related expenses. We believe that this is a very exciting development which is a key enabler of the urban future.

Im Workshop werden wir gemeinsam mit den KI-Tools syte und ChatGPT arbeiten, um ein passendes Grundstück für eine Entwicklung zu finden und dieses zu beplanen. Wir nutzen Künstliche Intelligenz, um effizient ein städtebauliches Konzept zu erarbeiten und Wege zur bestmöglichen Automatisierung zu finden. Wer mag, kann mit eigenem Laptop live teilnehmen. 

Technologie und Methoden in der Immobilienbranche sind wichtige Hilfsmittel.  Für einen ganzheitlichen und nachhaltigen Projektablauf steht der Mensch jedoch weiterhin im Mittelpunkt - eine kongeniale Verknüpfung zwischen Mensch und Methode.
