Does outdoor work increase well-being and productivity? Welcome to Expert Talks: Outside Working for Health. In a 45-minute session, we delve into both new and established knowledge about outdoor work. Carina Söderlund, Ph.D. Senior Lecturer & Researcher from Mälardalen University and the SOFCO project, will present the latest research findings and health benefits associated with outdoor work.

Joined by Vibeke Stadling, Senior Change Manager and specialist in sustainable work life, we discuss Swedish work environments and potential improvements. We also explore how modern work methods and architecture integrating indoor and outdoor environments can enhance well-being and productivity, drawing examples from rooftop gardens to outdoor workspaces. Karin Ståhl, Managing Director, will moderate the discussions.

Expert Talks is a hybrid event – attend in person or digitally. The event is free, but registration is required. The event will be in English.
