The objective is clear: Europe needs to reinvent itself! Grounded in the innovative and creative potential of society, business, and industry, we’re setting out to explore pressing questions shaping our future under the new theme, “Infrastructure & Urban Future. ”In 2025, neext European Talk embarks on a journey from Dublin to London, with stops in Brussels, Venice, and Munich, each providing fresh opportunities for knowledge exchange and collaboration. More than 120 international urban development experts—including investors and developers (e.g., Hines, Lendlease, HB Reavis, Pimco), public authorities (e.g., New European Bauhaus, European Parliament, ENOLL), architects (e.g., Gensler, SOM, KPF, Zaha Hadid Architects), and solution providers (e.g., E.ON, Schneider Electric, Schindler)—have already joined us on this journey to shape Europe’s urban landscape.

Our journey begins in Dublin, a city on the cutting edge of urban transformation. At this two-day event, we will dive into the future of urban infrastructure, with a focus on City Reimagined: Retrofitting for a Resilient Future. Participants will gain firsthand insights into Dublin’s efforts towards securing resilient connectivity through advancing the infrastructure, large-scale retrofitting of buildings, and integrating modern technologies for maintaining heritage.

Join us on-site to engage in an open exchange with leaders across sectors—real estate, public policy, technology, and more—as we chart a path toward sustainable, livable urban environments across Europe.
