London the melting pot of Europe will be our last stop for 2024. With the overarching theme of “Urban Retrofit & the Healthy City” our initiative, which travels from Paris to London in 2024 comes to its last stop. But the objective stays the same - Europe needs to reinvent itself! In this context, we want to explore important questions that will influence our future. By stopping in Paris, the Netherlands, Antwerp, Berlin and Stockholm our ecosystem grew in size and knowledge.

With the insights we've gained, we aim to conclude our event series for this year in London, setting a solid foundation for the neext European Talk 2025.

 More than 120 international real estate experts such as investors & developers (Union Investment Real Estate, Hines, Pimco, etc.), public authorities (New European Bauhaus, City of London, European Parliament, etc.), architects (Gensler, SOM, KPF, etc.) and solution providers (E.ON, Schindler, ArcelorMittal, etc.) have already joined our initiative.

During the event, we will listen to experts who give insides in new strategies which provide the base for future sustainability work. We will deep dive into diverse topics and work on modern problems trying to get a glimpse of what solution could look like. In addition, a panel of experts will engage in a discussion of current topics.
