The objective is clear: Europe needs to reinvent itself! Grounded in the innovative and creative potential of society, business and industry. In this context, we want to explore important questions that will influence our future under the overarching theme of “Urban Retrofit & the Healthy City”. Together with our ecosystem, the initiative travels from Paris to London in 2024, stopping in the Netherlands, Antwerp, Berlin and Stockholm. More than 120 international real estate experts such as investors & developers (Hines, Lendlease, HB Reavis, Pimco, etc.), public authorities (New European Bauhaus, City of Warsaw, ENOLL, European Parliament, etc.), architects (Gensler, SOM, KPF, Zaha Hadid Architects, etc.) and solution providers (E.ON, Schindler, ArcelorMittal, etc.) have already joined our initiative.
