How can buildings support people? Welcome to a 45-minute seminar where experts in change management, workspace design, and innovative technology will discuss the increased demands and necessary changes needed to create an attractive workplace where employees thrive and are productive.

Under the leadership of Karin Ståhl (Managing Director, Drees & Sommer Sweden) and expert Peter Robertsson (Senior Change Manager), together with the invited guests Michael Kottke (Managing Director, Macom), Alexandra Lundberg Santacruz (Head of Real Estate Advisory) and Stefan Ulf (Interior Architect), they will discuss issues related to the workplace with a focus on people, technology and the place. They will dig deeper into the topic and delve into the challenges as well as share insights that can lead to the necessary changes for a sustainable workplace.
