Michał Sokołowski is an expert in the field of Global Business Services with over 20 years of experience in building and transforming internationally operating teams. Currently serving as the HUB Manager for Administration and Infrastructure at ABB, where he is responsible for organizational development and operational efficiency. His duties also include overseeing the company’s offices in Kraków and Łódź.
Previously, he held roles at Hays, AMS, and IBM TS. He is a graduate of Jagiellonian University and holds postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management and an MBA in “Industry 4.0.” He is passionate about simplifying complexity, innovative work models, and the future of the office environment.

Paweł Morawski Ph.D, a physicist by education, is a passionate enthusiast of light and its impact on well-being and health.
He has been working in the lighting industry for over 25 years. He has gained experience in the development, marketing, and sales departments.
At TRILUX Poland, he supports business partners in the Baltic and Adriatic countries. He is also involved in the development of TRILUX Academy Poland.
About light, he says: “The longer I work with it, the more it amazes and fascinates me.”
In his free time, he immerses himself in Stoic philosophy and spends hours riding his bike in the forest near his place of residence.
